Fascia Release is an eight-session myofascial release video program led by rehabilitation specialist Olga Derendeeva. The course teaches the technique distinction between rolling (mechanical surface pressure) and releasing (sustained pressure that produces actual fascial change) and applies it across feet, calves, chest, ribs, diaphragm, thoracic spine, shoulders, neck, glutes, and hip joints. Each session runs roughly 20 minutes and uses a standard foam roller plus a myofascial release ball. Session eight teaches a daily maintenance protocol you can keep for life.
