Wellls offers 41 structured workout programs from 15 certified trainers across 13 categories including yoga, Pilates, strength training, stretching, cardio, and flexibility. Each program is a curated 5-14 session arc designed to deliver real results, and every program is mapped to specific women's health conditions — perimenopause symptoms, back pain, stress, joint stiffness, pelvic floor health, and more. All sessions are led by professional trainers from StarFit with 10+ years of fitness content experience.
