Module 1: Meeting the Practice
Start from zero. Meet Yulia, learn the seat, the breath, and the first two kriyas — a foundation you can return to for life.

- Foundation — Your First Kundalini Class (26 min)
- Set up your seat: cross-legged, spine long, chin lowered slightly toward the neck
- Focus attention on the point between the eyebrows and track your starting state
- Palms-rub warm-up that balances the left and right brain hemispheres
- Watch your own breath and state at the beginning of the practice without trying to change anything
- Body and Energy Field (22 min)
- Practice with body and 'aura' — the energy field around you
- Meet the opening mantra Om Namo Guru Dev Namo
- Begin to practice mula bandha, the root lock, for inner support
- Set a personal intention at the start of each practice
Module 2: Radiance and Return
Deepen the practice. Kriyas for radiance and energy, a whole-body moving session, and a final integration with Breath of Fire.

- Celebrate the final session after completing five previous practices
