Course Outline
Module 1: Foundation — Wake Up Your Sensory Systems
Begin by activating the systems that send information into the brain — touch, vision, vestibular sense, and breath. These are the inputs the brain uses to build the maps it moves from. When the inputs sharpen, the maps update — and movement becomes cleaner, calmer, and more accurate.

Layer in cross-body patterns and complex sequences that ask the two hemispheres to communicate. New coordination demands new neural connections — and that is where neuroplasticity actually happens. Each session adds a new layer onto what the previous one built.
