Welcome to Dance the Fog Away — Trailer
Thirty-eight seconds of what the next two weeks will feel like.
Lesson Guide
# Welcome to Dance the Fog Away
This is the trailer for the full six-workout program. Thirty-eight seconds. Press play.
You'll see Ilana — choreographer and dance-movement therapist — walking through the kind of asymmetric coordination work you're about to do. One arm cycling through four positions while the other cycles through three. A right hand leading while the left hand follows exactly one count behind. These are not choreographed routines. These are brain-training drills disguised as dance.
The program is simple: six workouts, 16 to 17 minutes each. Do them three times a week for two weeks, or stretch them across a month. There is no schedule you're failing. There is only the next workout.
What you'll feel in this trailer
- •The philosophy. Ilana doesn't sell you a fitness transformation. She explains what cross-body patterns actually do to your brain — and why they feel hard the first time.
- •The accessibility. If you can raise one arm without raising the other, you can do this program. No dance background, no mirror, no equipment.
- •The voice. Ilana speaks Russian in the original; this English dub is her cloned voice, so you hear her actual delivery — pauses, warmth, and all.
When the trailer ends, Workout 1 is right below. Or start with Workout 3 if you're curious — that's the first fully-dubbed session in the V12.1-hybrid pipeline, and it's where the cross-body patterns really come alive.
