Morning Yoga Flow

Develop a daily practice and explore movement on your mat with yoga for beginners. Yoga is a powerful tool to calm your mind, release tension, and feel better in your body. Learn the fundamental yoga poses and their proper alignment through short flows that break down the elements of vinyasa: sun salutations, seated stretches, core work, balances, and backbends. Each class will progressively challenge your muscles and increase your flexibility.

Yogalates

In this Yogalates program, youll find short, effective classes that help you to build strength, increase flexibility and improve your posture. These 20 minute long classes make use of mindful yoga asanas and toning pilates flows intertwined into a firey workout. In this Yogalates program, you’ll get the best of both worlds: Pilates + yoga while also being effective both in fitness and in time length. Through these mindful movements, you’ll develop your strength, flexibility and stability. You’ll finish the program feeling energized, stronger, longer and leaner - and with a greater body awareness. Yoga for Back Relief

Yoga for Back Relief is a series guided by Petra, designed to gently restore and strengthen your back and pain relief. We’ll begin with restorative practices to release tension and support healing using simple props like pillows, blankets, and towels. Step by step, you’ll move into safe strengthening exercises for the back, core, and glutes — the key areas for long-term spinal health. Accessible for all ages and fitness levels, including those with herniated discs or chronic back pain.

Hybrid Yoga

Hybrid Yoga is where strength meets stillness. Created by Linda, this unique program blends dynamic yoga flows with high-intensity training and resistance work — giving you the best of both worlds. Three of the six sessions feature Linda’s signature HITASANA format, combining 30 seconds of high-intensity movement with 75 seconds of yoga for balance, focus, and recovery. The other three sessions mix yoga with hand weights or resistance bands to sculpt and tone your entire body — though every workout can be done using just your bodyweight. Expect to feel stronger, more energized, and deeply connected to your breath. Hybrid Yoga is your chance to have it all — strength, flow, and mindfulness in one powerful practice.
